The ski helmet that speaks for you when you can't. The Obex BC Mips is a helmet specifically designed for backcountry use, with enhanced traceability and durability. Updated this year to include Mips, the helmet features an NFC medical ID chip to give rescuers immediate access to vital medical information at the scene of an accident, helping them make the best decisions during the crucial "golden hour", the precious minutes immediately following an accident. A RECCO® reflector improves searchability. A thicker polycarbonate shell than the Obex Mips provides greater durability. The helmet is compatible with the Obex Communication Headset and is designed for complete compatibility with POC goggles. Fully adjustable ventilation and removable ear pads ensure wearer comfort.
