DadaSport.it is owned by Dada Only Ski Srl, located at Via Forche Caudine 36 – 81023 Maddaloni (CE), VAT no. 03652900618.

Purchases made on DadaSport.it are governed by Italian distance selling regulations (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005).

All prices indicated on the site are inclusive of VAT.

Product availability

All products on the site are considered available for immediate delivery, unless otherwise indicated.

In case of stock depletion or delay, the customer will be promptly notified by email or phone.

Dada Only Ski Srl reserves the right not to complete the order without assuming any responsibility and without obligation to compensate.

Contract conclusion

The purchase contract is considered confirmed:

  • for the customer, at the end of the purchase procedure
  • for Dada Only Ski, at the time of shipment and sending the confirmation email

For anything not specified, Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 applies.

Graphic representation of products

Images, descriptions, and technical data are provided for illustrative purposes.

Products may differ due to:

  • screen color settings
  • manufacturer updates

Dada Only Ski Srl is not responsible for such differences if they do not affect the product's functionality.

The company guarantees:

  • original products
  • official import
  • official manufacturer warranty

Right of withdrawal

Customer satisfaction is a priority: it is possible to return unwanted products.

To exercise the right of withdrawal (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005):

Return times

  • Request within 14 days of delivery
  • Return shipment within an additional 14 days

Return conditions

The product must be returned:

  • in original condition
  • complete with packaging, seals, labels, and accessories

Otherwise, a penalty from 50% to 80% of the value may be applied.

Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

Withdrawal is not possible in the following cases:

  • purchases with VAT number for professional use
  • worn, washed, or tagless products
  • products without original packaging
  • altered, damaged, or used products

Refund method

Refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

The same payment method chosen at purchase will be used:

  • card
  • PayPal
  • bank transfer

Refunds by other methods are not provided.

Warranty conditions

DadaSport.it sells only original products, covered by the official manufacturer's warranty.

Manufacturer's warranty

  • 24 months for private purchases
  • 12 months for purchases with VAT number

The defect must be reported within 2 months of discovery.

Dada Sport will handle the process to obtain:

  • repair
  • replacement

The warranty does not cover damage from improper use or damage to third parties.

Conformity warranty

A conformity defect means a problem present at the time of delivery and visible before use.

Dada Sport guarantees:

  • immediate replacement of non-compliant product

Examples of conformity defects

  • product damaged during transport
  • new product with visible defects before use

Defect report

The customer must report any defects within 60 days of discovery, by writing to:

Verification procedure

  • Return is authorized (shipping costs borne by the customer)
  • The product is sent to the manufacturer
  • The manufacturer performs a technical check

Based on the outcome:

  • product replacement
  • or return if not covered by warranty

The manufacturer's decision is binding.
