General information

Dada Sport Only Ski srl ships in Italy and worldwide exclusively via express courier.

All goods are carefully packaged.

The invoice with price details and applied discounts, even during sales, will be included inside the package.

Order processing

All correctly completed and paid orders are processed within 2 working days.

Shipments depart Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

Shipment tracking

The customer can track the shipment at any time through the express courier's tracking service.

Once the order is shipped, a tracking code will be provided to check the delivery status.

Worldwide shipments

Shipments can be:

DDP (Delivery Duty Paid)
For EU countries: VAT is already included in the purchase price.

DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid)
For non-EU or non-Schengen countries: any taxes and duties are not included in the price.

Italy (DDP)
Estimated delivery within 2 working days from shipment

EU countries (DDP)
Estimated delivery within 5-7 days

Non-EU countries (DDU)
Estimated delivery within 7-10 working days

Rest of the world
Estimated delivery within 5-7 days with express service

Delivery conditions

At the time of delivery, the customer must carefully check the package before signing.

In case of anomalies:

  • sign with reservation
  • or refuse delivery

Any issues must be reported promptly to the courier and Dada Sport Only Ski srl via email.

If the customer refuses delivery:

  • shipping costs will be deducted from the refund

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or absence:

  • the package will be returned
  • the costs will be borne by the customer

Customs duties

All customs costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

If the shipment is refused and returned, Dada Only Ski may withhold from the refund all costs charged by customs or the courier for the return of the goods.
