The return procedure is simple and fast.
It is sufficient to contact us by email at resi@dadasport.it to get prior authorization, indicating the order number received at the time of purchase in the subject line.
You will receive a confirmation email from us regarding the return, which must be printed and included in the package containing the product's original packaging, which must be returned intact and sealed to the addresses indicated within and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt.
The return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
Some simple precautions must be followed, described below.
All returned products (except in the case of Warranty Replacement) must retain the characteristics they had at the time of purchase.
They must be in “like new” condition and ready to be resold.
They must have all seals, labels, tags, original boxes or packaging intact.
If this important requirement is missing, the product will be considered “used” and will therefore be:
They must keep the outer plastic coating intact, without scratches, marks, or writing.
They must not have undergone any alterations such as waxing or accessory application (plates, risers, etc.).
Skis with mounted and customized bindings cannot be returned.
They must be returned unused and show no signs of wear.
They must have all the tags (not removed) included in the original package.
The original box is considered an integral part of the product and must therefore be returned intact, free of marks or writing that could compromise resale.
Any free boot bags must also be returned.
A clothing item must be returned complete with the original bag and with the manufacturer’s tags attached.
Removing the tags implies presumed use of the product and results in the loss of the right to replacement or refund.
The item must be returned new, never worn, never washed and free of marks, stains, tears, or alterations.
The product must be returned complete with tags and with intact packaging.
Products packaged in plastic blister packs must be intact and with unopened blister.
All returns – including those at the expense of Dada Sport Only Ski – travel at the buyer’s risk, who is fully responsible for any damage to the products during transport.
Returns shipped at the expense of Dada Sport Only Ski must be entrusted exclusively to the contracted courier.
