Overview
For us at Salomon, a women's shoe must perfectly fit the female foot morphology: softer collar, anatomical wrap design, and lower-density ADV-C Chassis for greater stability. In the women's version, the X-ULTRA 4 GORE-TEX adds GORE-TEX protection and a high-grip sole to tackle fast ascents and descents, letting you experience your thirst for adventure in every direction.

Optimized stability
The new ADV-C Chassis protects the joints on the outer side of the foot to optimize stability without reducing freedom of movement.
Grip on all terrains
The Contagrip® MA sole offers excellent grip on any terrain, even wet or slippery surfaces, giving you better control especially on descents.
Women's features
With softer materials, especially around the collar and heel, lower-density chassis, and a specific women's shape, this shoe is designed for your feet.



Contagrip® MA
The Contagrip® MA sole is suitable for a wide variety of surfaces. The perfect balance between geometry and rubber compound provides security on wet, dry, hard, or loose surfaces and ensures long-term durability.
ADV-C Chassis
This chassis not only keeps the outer ankle joints safe and protected but also offers extra stability while maintaining the right level of softness and flexibility in the front of the shoe, allowing free movement with a smooth stride.
Chevron lugs
Deeply sculpted, multidirectional lugs improve traction on soft surfaces like mud or loose soil.
Debris-resistant mesh
Tight mesh that prevents debris from getting trapped between the foot and the insole.
Synthetic upper
Synthetic upper material for great durability and protection in outdoor sports.
Water-repellent
Special treatment that prevents the fabric from absorbing water in light rain and showers, providing extra protection.

To help reduce our environmental impact, we ensure the water repellency of our shoes without using harmful PFCs (perfluorocarbons). Our waterproof GORE-TEX models are free of PFCec (environmentally relevant perfluorocarbons), but may contain some PFCs.
