Overview
For us at Salomon, a women’s shoe must be perfectly suited to the shape of the female foot: a softer collar, a snug anatomical design, and a lower-density ADV-C Chassis for greater stability. In the women’s version, the X-ULTRA 4 GORE-TEX adds GORE-TEX protection and a high-grip outsole, allowing you to tackle ascents and descents at full speed and fully embrace your thirst for adventure.

Optimized stability
The new ADV-C Chassis protects the joints on the outer side of the foot to optimize stability without restricting freedom of movement.
Grip on all terrains
The Contagrip® MA outsole provides excellent grip on any terrain, including wet or slippery surfaces, giving you greater control especially on descents.
Women-specific features
With softer materials, especially around the collar and heel, a lower-density chassis, and a women-specific shape, this shoe is designed for your feet.



Contagrip® MA
The Contagrip® MA outsole is suitable for a wide variety of surfaces. The perfect balance between geometry and rubber compound provides confidence on wet, dry, hard, or loose surfaces, while ensuring long-term durability.
ADV-C Chassis
In addition to keeping the outer ankle joints secure and protected, this chassis provides extra stability while preserving the right level of softness and flexibility in the forefoot, allowing you to move freely with a smooth stride.
Chevron lugs
Lug pattern with deep, multidirectional grip to improve traction on soft surfaces such as mud or loose soil.
Anti-debris mesh
Close-fitting mesh that prevents debris from becoming trapped between your foot and the footbed.
Synthetic upper
Synthetic upper material for high durability and protection in outdoor sports.
Water-repellent
Special treatment that prevents the fabric from absorbing water during light rain and showers, providing extra protection.
Textile and mesh lining

PFC-free
To help reduce our environmental impact, we ensure the water repellency of our shoes without using harmful PFCs (perfluorocarbons). Our GORE-TEX waterproof models are free from PFCec (perfluorocarbons of environmental concern), but may contain some PFCs.
