Level gloves are made to last. With a little love and care, they will last even longer. Good for you, good for the environment.
1) Regularly condition the leather to better resist moisture, wear, and tearing. Slightly dampen the leather first. Use a polishing cloth and rub in the conditioner until the leather is saturated. Do this in the evening so the conditioner is absorbed overnight. We mainly recommend sports gloves made of goat leather and cowhide ballistic leather.
2) If you have gloves with breathable materials like GORE-TEX ©, avoid silicone impregnation. It clogs the pores and reduces the material's breathability.
3) With the carabiner closure provided with some models, you can easily attach the gloves to your backpack. This way, you won’t risk losing them and they can dry without losing shape.
4) Dyed leather can stain clothes when wet, so do not place a wet glove on other garments.
5) Gloves rarely get damaged while skiing. Instead, ski edges and boot buckles are usually the cause of damage to your gloves. Be careful when handling skis or boots!
