The SLK-R is a high-end pole designed for professional skiers and experts with an aggressive skiing style. Made for slalom races, this model features an upper section of aluminum treated with a surface process (FTS - Foil treatment surface) to improve impact resistance against gates and enhance aerodynamic efficiency. The lower section is made of high-modulus carbon coated with KEVLAR. Thanks to this special combination of materials, the pole is lightweight yet very durable.
The tungsten CARBIDE Tip ensures exceptional grip on snow and ice, allowing high speeds downhill without the risk of losing traction and slipping. Finally, the ergonomic Tiger grip made of dual-density rubber and the comfortable World Cup (W.C.) race strap provide firm and precise control of the pole.
