The multi-impact ABS shell is designed to withstand the most violent impacts and repeated collisions with the gates. The inner EPS shell offers superior impact energy absorption, meeting the strictest FIS certification standards. The inside of the helmet features thermoformed lining that is extremely enveloping and insulating, protecting against the harshest temperatures while optimally absorbing sweat and excess moisture. The helmet is designed for installation of the D-RACE chin guard. The R001 line was created to provide World Cup athletes with the most advanced technology in terms of performance, durability, and ergonomics.
