This grinding wheel is produced in a completely different way compared to synthetic grinding wheels. The production of this wheel is very delicate; the quantities of the ingredients must be precise, as variations can completely change the final finish. An important part of the production is also the pressing process. After many attempts, we achieved the desired result.
The project development aimed to create an aggressive edge that does not catch too much on the snow surface, allowing the athlete to release the edge at the end of the turn. The Ceramic grinding wheel is intended for athletes who compete and train on groomed slopes or very icy snow conditions. We recommend it for FIS races up to the World Cup.
